stimulation of energy by the use of focused heat from slow-burning herbs

Tui na
Chinese manipulative therapy,

Acupressure
stimulation of acupuncture points without the use of needles; effective for children who may be apprehensive about needles
Cupping
the use of suction with glass or plastic cups to help relax muscles and to stimulate points

Auriculotherapy
using the ear to treat the whole body with either needles or seeds; also effective for children who may be apprehensive about needles
